Panguzu APP is a software platform for instant rental of special vehicles. The original mission of the platform is to provide jobs for special vehicle drivers and to make it easier for users to find vehicles. On the user side, users publish their vehicle needs in the order grabbing hall of Panguzu APP according to the needs of the project; on the driver side, special vehicle drivers grab orders in the order grabbing hall, reducing the cost of passive waiting time, increasing more income opportunities, and achieving a win-win situation.

Solve the pain points of the special vehicle rental industry:

Drivers who own special vehicles and leasing companies use traditional leasing methods and basically operate on their own, which greatly compresses time costs and profit margins.

Users who demand special vehicles are troubled by not being able to find special vehicles. They ask for prices at high prices without reference and comparison, resulting in delays in construction and failure to deliver on time.

At present, the Pangu special vehicle rental project has obtained software licenses, telecommunications business value-added licenses, and multiple patents. Currently in the stage of traffic accumulation and free entry, the platform’s daily activity contribution mainly comes from the company’s existing customer groups and partners.

(1) Establish hierarchical agencies in various provinces, cities and counties, covering all first-, second- and third-tier cities.

(2) Set the provincial, municipal, and county-level agent franchise tiered commission ratios and agency fees, clarify the responsibilities and obligations of agents at all levels, and establish an agent entry and exit mechanism.
